What a place

We spent yesterday in and out of the pub, all bars open on to the main street and there are heaps of them. There seems to be every nationality under the sun here, the staff in the shops etc. are predomently Asian but the tourists are from all over the world, you can hear every language there is in the main street and the place is so peaceful even after midnight. Big thank you to Mark & Fiona @ Katherine Motel for locking up our bikes, arranging extra day even though they were booked out and allowing us to leave the trailer locked up while we went North, big thanks to Grizz in Newman who locked our bikes up with his Harley overnite ( Patriots M.C.C. ), BIG thank you to the dingo that ran alongside the Wing and did not go under the front wheel. But if you need a big fright come upon eagles feeding in the road, they do not want to move and have a wingspan wider than the bike, when they take off they fly S L O W L Y infront of you, I can describe an eagle's rear end in great detail. Luckily Nev leads which gives me a bit more time to pull up. In the bar we are staying at there are possums in the trees in the beer garden, they are quite tame and only come out at night. 'HELLO' Emilie, John and Ronan, we met the first night at the pub, from Belgium, very nice people, we are off on a ferry ride this morning to a pub, where else? See how we go. Bandit on the Wing.
